Kanye couldn't have been more precise. Some people didn't even know how to walk in a straight fucking line LOL.
Graduation was such a unique experience. The day almost seemed surreal, but it didn't set in until right before I walked across the stage, received my diploma, and heard the echoes of an ovation that was louder than almost any other ovation anyone else received =). Yeah bitch I'm tight! But yeah man, that feeling to grasping my diploma (even though we don't get our real ones until Monday LOL) epitomized my whole high school career. All those damn assignments, all that hard work, it all seemed worth it at that moment. I thought I wouldn't care not to see most of those people ever again, but after graduation when everyone was taking pictures and giving hugs/handshakes of goodbye, then I realized "damn, it's really all over." I will miss my Lynwood people, even though most of the time most of them disgust me either with the way they think or the way they dress haha. At the end of the day, they're cool, and even while feeling alienated alot of times, we still established a high school bond that I'm sure will fade as the years flip pages. It's weird how even when I'm writing this it sounds like everything is coming to an end and that's what I heard in alot of people's voices after graduation. I think we all must realize however that this shit only signifies a beginning peeping through the small whole of what was once our entire life...high school. The real world is born here, not dead, and it's such a bittersweet thing. Well I'm stoked to see what Life will bring and how much of a bitchy mood she'll be in while bringing it LOL. This summer should be interesting, gotta spend time with all of my important people because I'll be in/out of Los Angeles for the next for years during my stay in college up near Sacramento at UC Davis unless i transfer to maybe USC after my first two years.
Congrats to the graduating class of 2008 all over the country and the globe. We fuckin did it, now let's DO it! Party, but Prosper.
