Dorm Diaries.

So I moved in to my dorm at UCD this past Sunday :). I will be here for an entire year (not all the time of course) so hopefully I like the set-up right? Lol, well I do...so far. My roomate seems chill and my suitemates too. I still have my STEP bros & sis's that I met this summer so that's dope! Everything is laid back right now, nothing juicy to write yet. Classes start this Thursday so Isaiah might be M.I.A for a while until I get my reading and shit done lol. Anyways, the dorm diaries have begun...let's see if college is all what it's cracked-up to be!

my favorite line from Kanye's new single "Love Lockdown." This shit is soooo fire. Ever since he shocked us all by performing it at the VMAs I've been waiting for the song to leak on the internet...and it did...kinda. The version that is out now is NOT the final version and this comes straight from Kanye himself...well his blog. He says he re-recorded the vocals and is mastering it right now. Thank God because that shit didn't sound so good lol especially the course.

new album in December? "808s and Heartbreak"? I'll be back later, because if this is true, I gotta get my Christmas list started. Ha!

I love LA

I swear when I settle down with my beautiful wife, kids, and American Express black card (wealth?) I'm living in Los Angeles... the best area of course. I love it out here, and after being gone for a month I truly missed the fast pace, the fresh people, and the over all vibe.

Can't wait to see all my foos before I leave again

this dude is incredible. For those of you who didn't peep the VMAs (me included, college deprives you of television lol...one bad thing about it) Kanye closed the show I believe with a performance of his new new new song "Love Lockdown." I had to catch the show via MTV.com but even through the computer screen you can tell just how on fire the performance was. Glowing drummers? From the tour, we already know who's the master at that.

Anyways, the song sounds hot too. A different style of Kanye, no rapping, but I like the innovation.

Damn; I know, I know...it's been forever right? I missed all you readers, but more importantly I missed my mind and thoughts being spread out right before me. So, with that being said...I'm back and feeling a bit refreshed.

REFRESHED - college boy

A while back I talked about how my days in LA were numbered due to me leaving for college...well the sun finally set for me there and now I'm here in Sacramento. Oddly enough, although I'm going to be spending the majority of my time here for the next 4 years, I still consider it my second home, with Los Angeles being my first =). I will be out there in about 2 weeks when this summer program ends before I have to come back a week later for the quarter to start, so me and my bros and my chicks have to tattoo some memories before my "real"departure.

Anyways, It's really chill out here. If you know me, you know I'm really approachable and I can meet people easily so it was no problem for me to make friends with a bunch of cool people...DIFFERENT people. These foos have so many stories, backgrounds...so diverse...i love that shit about people. But we all know how to have stupppid fun and do our work too. Can your ass do that?! lol

I swear we have so much fun. Besides going out places, just being up in the dorms at 3:00 a.m taking about weird, funny, crazy shit is one of the best parts about this experience. Around that time in the morning, you know like I know...almost EVERYTHING is fucking hilarious!
